Who we are
VendFront provides digital ordering and ecommerce software for vending, office coffee, micro-market and workplace refreshment businesses. For the personal information described in this policy, VendFront is the organisation responsible for deciding how and why that information is used.

Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a demonstration, contact us or request a free business evaluation, we may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, business type, preferred contact method, customer-location range, current ordering method, meeting preference and the message you submit.
Website and device information
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device type, referring source, session activity and interactions with selected website features. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or message contents to Google Analytics.
Operational and security information
Our website and hosting systems may process IP addresses, request timestamps, security logs and session identifiers where reasonably necessary to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and protect the service.

Analytics, cookies and local storage
VendFront uses Google Analytics 4 only after you select Accept analytics. Until then, the Google Analytics library is not loaded. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain disabled in our website configuration.

You can change your preference at any time using the control in the footer or on this page. Choosing essential-only use updates the consent state and attempts to remove existing Google Analytics cookies from this domain.

Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain enquiry and evaluation information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a prospective or active business relationship, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary with the nature of the relationship and information. Analytics information is retained according to the settings applied to our Google Analytics property.

Your privacy rights
Subject to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it and ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
